INTENSIVE PERFORMANCE-ORIENTED SOCCER TRAINING WITH FOCUS ON FOOTBALL SPECIFIC TOPICS
The training lasts 180 minutes and is divided into 6 blocks of 30 minutes each. The training components of the power training are passing exercises, coordination with goal finishing, technique with goal finishing, duel exercises and game forms. All training modules include feints, two-footed shooting techniques and receiving high and flat balls.
Special focus of the power training:
- Receiving and taking high and flat balls
- Tricks and trick combinations to improve technique
- Athletic training (coordination, strength and speed)
- Various shooting techniques
- Different forms of play
