About the Training

Generation Playstation – the increasing lack of exercise is causing physical inactivity as well as health impairments and perceptual disorders in children and young people. In addition, more and more sports lessons have been cancelled in schools in recent years. Our programme aims to close this gap in children’s physical education. Targeted training of coordination skills in particular prevents or even reduces postural and muscular weaknesses. MFS therefore organises a health-oriented football programme in cooperation with schools in Singapore.
